Community Education
In addition to ensuring that vital mental health and substance abuse services are available to residents of the county, Board staff is available to provide community education and training on a variety of topics related to mental health and substance abuse. For example, Board staff has provided community education and training on Suicide Prevention, Identifying & Understanding Mental Health Issues, Grief Issues, Holiday Stress/Depression, and Drug and Alcohol Prevention.
