ACCADA provides comprehensive alcohol and drug services to Ashland County, Ohio residents.  The agency operates under a contract with the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Ashland County and is certified by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. ACCADA is a non-profit corporation with a ten-member board of directors.

                    accordance with federal laws and regulations.
