Defeating Denial

Sometimes it’s hard to admit you aren’t okay. It’s a challenge to look someone in the eye, especially someone you may know in a small community and confide that you are struggling with mental health.

When this happens, it becomes way too easy to push your self-care needs aside and put on a front to deceive the world into thinking you’re doing just fine.

However, self-help is a critical piece of the puzzle to overall physical and emotional well-being. With a surge in mental health needs, it’s important to find a way to reach as many community members as possible in a short amount of time.

An App Here to Help

From self-help techniques to emergency contact information for anyone experiencing distress, the Healthy Ashland App provides a variety of means to keep you in tip-top shape physically and mentally.

By downloading the free app, you will have access to simple ways to relieve stress, information about counseling services, crisis intervention tools, and even local family activities and resources!
