Recovery and Resiliency

“A Process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to reach their full potential.”

Please watch this short clip developed by the Scottish Recovery Network on Recovery.  Recovery for many involves attending to the following five areas with the acronym CHIME.  C for Connections, H for Hope, I for Identity, M for Meaning and Purpose and E for Empowerment.  The Scottish Recovery Network (SRN) is a non-profit initiative launched in 2004.  Their goal is to promote and support recovery from mental health problems.
